General Returns
Products purchased from Hitech Marine are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in unused, original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Special Order Items: Products that are specially ordered are not eligible for return or exchange. As these items are not standard stock, payment is required before ordering, and they cannot be returned.
Electrical Components: All electrical components are non-returnable. This is due to the specific nature and sensitivity of these products.
Items Without Serial Numbers: Any product where a serial number could not be provided at the time of purchase is not eligible for return or exchange.
Process for Returns
